The service provider contracted by the Indianapolis Private Industry Council was not adequately meeting a number of WIA program performance measures.

A detailed analysis of the performance problems was provided after an extensive assessment including variety of methods: review of reports, policies, documentation, program processes, staffing patterns and practices; extensive site visits and analysis; and interviews with key personnel.

Based on these, a report included comprehensive recommendations for problem resolutions, corrective action and new performance-enhancing service delivery strategies.
